Silicone Fabrication Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of silicone fabrication processes to ensure highquality costeffective production.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure products meet all specifications regulations and industry standards.
• Drive innovation in silicone product design and manufacturing techniques staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new products and materials adhering to stringent quality control and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in problemsolving and process improvements ensuring scalability and efficiency in production.
• Manage projects from conception through to production ensuring timelines budget constraints and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical Mechanical Materials Science or related field) with a Masters or PhD degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in silicone fabrication specifically within the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations ISO 13485 and other relevant standards.
• Proven track record of leading successful product development projects in a regulated environment.
• Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
