Shipping Receiving Manager

The Shipping and Receiving Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping receiving and inventory management to ensure all work is performed safety and efficiently. Responsible for the overall day to day floor operation and office processes in order to meet all customer needs in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner and have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs safely
  
• Manage all Carriers and shipments to ensure deliveries are made ontime to the customer
  
• Responsible for scheduling all department hour working overtime as necessary to meet customer expectations
  
• Close coordination with production and quality departments to ensure OnTime in Full deliveries
  
• Management of dock doors and equipment to result in the safest most efficient flow into and out of the facility
  
• Manage the Inventory for the warehouse and ensuring high inventory accuracy
  
• Conduct warehousing operations in support of the facility s GMP program
  
• Create implement and audit Standard Operating procedures in line with ISO 9000/14000 standards
  
• Weekly management of employee timecards and pay corrections when needed
