• 5 years of shiny R development experience

• Working experience creating CDISC datasets and TFLs for regulatory submission

• Experience with statistical and analytical techniques and visualizations

• Selfdriven with minimal guidance (reporting into their biometrics executive director)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Description:

Job Responsibilities:

1. 5 years of experience Strong programming experience and proficiency with R R Shiny and R Markdown

2. Building production R Shiny apps and R packages.

3. Experience (CRO or Pharma) creating CDISC datasets and TFLs for regulatory submission.

4. Experience with all aspects of testing including unit tests snapshot tests shiny module tests endtoend app tests.

5. Experience and preference for Tidyverse packages

6. Experience and preference for Shiny modules and developing shiny apps using R package framework.

7. Knowledge and experience with statistical and analytical techniques and visualizations

8. Experience with Posit/RStudio pro products is preferred.

9. Experience with version control systems (e.g. GIT)

10. Experience with collaborative code development workflow

11. Knowledge with REST API proficiency with command line shell scripting highly desirable

12. Experience with EDC systems (e.g. medidata RAVE) desirable

13. Experience with data engineering pipelining databasing desirable

14. Published GitHub code repositories R packages Shiny apps strong plus

15. Linux OS Python HTML JavaScript CSS D3 CI/CD devops parallel computing AWS statistics computer system validation experience and skills are pluses.
