Microcontroller Programming ZigBee module Flash EEPROM Bluetooth
module Programming through SPI & I2C Interface
Knowledge of Electronic Component Transistor Family Opamp Rectifier
diode inductor Capacitor.
Knowledge of troubleshooting debugging and CPK data analysis
Knowledge of Up time MTTR/MTBF/OEE Preventive Maintenance
Corrective Maintenance Predictive maintenance & TPM.
Knowledge of PLC trouble shooting (SPM Machine) Sensor Solenoid
Relay SSR Thermocouple RTD .
Knowledge of Electrical wiring Electrical Drawing Pneumatic solenoid
Cylinder Relay NO/NC push button Curtin sensor.
Job Description
Define/Develop new products manufacturing process and improve existing
manufacturing processes to meet increasing production targets.
To facilitate production from product integration to packing stage for all the
tools testing equipments jigs & fixtures.
Vendor Coordination for development of Test Equipments and various tools
to be used in manufacturing.
Execute preventive maintenance of all the equipments by ensuring proper
maintenance plans & reviewing & improving maintenance checklists from
time to time wherever required so as to ensure the high standards of the
equipments.
Responsible for Process generation Optimization and Line balancing.
To carry out relayouting of production lines for easy material flow and proper
orientation & visibility.
Responsible for Pilot run/introduction of new products with complete work
content line layouts planning & procurement of jigs/fixtures & tools.
Maintaining all the records to comply with ISO requirements as per
department objectives.
Establish & upgrade Quality Management System Processes procedures &
documentation for ISO9001:2000 ISO14001.
Preparation of work instruction & Operating Instruction for equipments on the
shop floor.

To assist Repair & Refurbishment cell in debugging failures.
Responsible for improving equipments up time MTBF & OEE.
To maintain equipments breakdown record & analysis of equipment
breakdowns by taking actions so as to eliminate the possible causes of
repetitive failures & carry out FMEAs on equipments to ensure equipment
uptime as per objectives .
Assists in manufacturing processes improvements defects analysis with
Shainin DOEs 7QC tools and whywhy analysis in existing products.
Data Analysis of various testing results by continuous monitoring of First
Time yields & carrying out analysis to improve the FTYs and reduce the IFR.
Implement visual management techniques throughout the processes
wherever feasible for the better understanding of the operators.
The role is responsible for process analysis standardization of processes
implementation and improvements.
Team member in various Six Sigma projects.
To ensure conformance of products as per Quality standards.
To ensure optimum availability of spares for equipments with Spare parts
Procurement & management.
