SFDC Reporting Analyst

Job Title: SFDC Reporting Analyst

Location: Remote (Chicago)

Duration: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Reporting:

   • Utilize Salesforce Cloud to create maintain and enhance reports for various stakeholders within the organization.

2. Dashboard Development:

   • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce Lightning version to provide insights into key business metrics.

3. Data Analysis:

   • Analyze Salesforce reporting data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.

4. Field Management:

   • Update and manage Salesforce reporting fields to ensure accurate and relevant data capture for reporting purposes.

5. Reporting Enhancement:

   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand reporting requirements and drive new reporting capabilities within Salesforce.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience with Salesforce Cloud and Lightning version.
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting capabilities and experience in building complex reports.
4. Proficiency in creating dashboards and visualizations within Salesforce.
5. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
6. Experience working in a SAAS FinTech or Tech space is preferred.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Detailoriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
