SFCC UI Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into user interface solutions
• Develop and implement custom UI components using JavaScript HTML and CSS within the SFCC platform
• Optimize UI/UX designs for mobile responsiveness and crossbrowser compatibility
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of UI components to ensure seamless functionality
• Work closely with UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
• Implement best practices for frontend development and ensure adherence to UI design standards
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance UI development processes
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design and frontend development
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with serverside logic
• Document UI design guidelines patterns and best practices for future reference

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in UI development for SFCC platform
• Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS for frontend development
• Handson experience with SFRA (SiteGenesis) and Demandware script
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Ability to optimize performance and usability of UI components
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment
