JD :

Bachelors degree in project management Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on delivering ServiceNow solutions.
Proven experience managing projects involving Telecom Service Management (TSM) modules such as Service Desk Incident Management Change Management and Configuration Management.
Strong understanding of telecom service management principles processes and standards (e.g. ITIL).
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate crossfunctional teams.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Jira Microsoft Project).
ServiceNow certifications like CISCSM CISFSM are preferred.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
