Skills and Qualifications
Subject Matter Expert in Servicenow administration patching cloning security.
Strong technical skills ability to scope deploy support and maintain enterprise applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical staff.
Technical Writing
The ideal candidate would have experience working in a Government environment with an understanding of a Governments administrative processes.
The ideal candidate would have experience with Servienows flow/workflow ACLs ITSM ITBM Appengine. Experience with other Servicenow modules a plus.
Experience and Education:
Minimum of 5 years as System Administrator experience supporting an enterprise application with thousands of users.
Minimum of 2 years administering Servicenow with admin level role.
Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed post highschool coursework from an accredited university or technical school in Computer Information Systems
Business/Public Administration or a closely related field.
