As a ServiceNow Performance Analytics Lead you will:

• Develop implement and maintain comprehensive ServiceNow reporting and dashboard solutions utilizing industrystandard visualizations and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  
• Play a pivotal role in the enhancement of DevOps Performance Analytics Predictive Analytics and Sprint & Release processes within ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  
• Contribute expert knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Business Management (ITBM)/Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Security Operations (SecOps) Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)/Integrated Risk Management (IRM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) or Legal Service Delivery processes.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics practices to support decisionmaking and strategic planning across the organization.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 810 years of substantial IT experience with a strong background in ServiceNow reporting dashboards creation and performance analytics.
  
• Certifications in ServiceNow Performance Analytics or proficiency in other Data Visualization tools.
  
• Demonstrated experience in DevOps Performance Analytics Predictive Analytics and managing Sprint & Release processes.
  
• Indepth knowledge in one or more ServiceNow process areas: ITSM ITBM/SPM SecOps GRC/IRM ITOM or Legal.

• Design and implement effective reporting and dashboard solutions that provide actionable insights.
