As a ServiceNow Performance Analytics Lead you will:
- Develop implement and maintain comprehensive ServiceNow reporting and dashboard solutions utilizing industrystandard visualizations and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Play a pivotal role in the enhancement of DevOps Performance Analytics Predictive Analytics and Sprint & Release processes within ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Contribute expert knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Business Management (ITBM)/Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Security Operations (SecOps) Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)/Integrated Risk Management (IRM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) or Legal Service Delivery processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics practices to support decisionmaking and strategic planning across the organization.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 810 years of substantial IT experience with a strong background in ServiceNow reporting dashboards creation and performance analytics.
- Certifications in ServiceNow Performance Analytics or proficiency in other Data Visualization tools.
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps Performance Analytics Predictive Analytics and managing Sprint & Release processes.
- Indepth knowledge in one or more ServiceNow process areas: ITSM ITBM/SPM SecOps GRC/IRM ITOM or Legal.
You should possess the ability to:
- Design and implement effective reporting and dashboard solutions that provide actionable insights.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends forecast outcomes and support business objectives.
