ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products ITSM ITOM (CSDM CMDB Discovery & Event Mgmt) APM HRSD IRM BCM IT Asset Management etc
Experience with system administration.
Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities.
Understanding of ServiceNow licenses plugins activating plugin and related license dependencies.
Experience with various integrations & APIs.
Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule
Perform POCs
Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners help with developing road map.
Support with establishing governance model identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governanceEmployment Type
