Job Description
As a ServiceNow Developer you will play a critical role in configuring developing and maintaining our ServiceNow implementation to meet digital transformation goals. You will collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to understand their needs propose solutions and deliver value through enhanced ServiceNow functionalities.
Primary Responsibilities
Configure and support ServiceNows ITSM OMT TSM TSOM modules.
Design and implement custom Forms Reports Workflows and Dashboards.
Integrate ServiceNow with other tools (e.g. Elastic Netcool Kafka).
Support application and platform upgrades.
Participate in business process reengineering and ticketing management transition to ServiceNow.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
US Citizenship required.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Security certification (or able to obtain within 14 days of start date).
Bachelor s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
3 years of technology infrastructure design development and support experience.
2 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Experience with Agile methodology.
Knowledge in ITIL foundation.
AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Other Requirements: Demonstrated skill in troubleshooting IT systems. Proficiency in setting up and configuring Cisco routers and switches. Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols like BGP and OSPF. Understanding of spanning tree and 802.1x technologies. Ability to troubleshoot S2S/IPSEC tunnel connections. Experience with VLAN setups and network problem-solving. Basic capabilities in Firewall and ISE/TACACs configuration and troubleshooting. Experience with AWS Cloud services. Desirable Qualifications: Previous work experience with DISA and its mission partners is a plus. A TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is highly advantageous.
