Job responsibilities

• Troubleshoot bugs fix defects and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
• Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards integration extensibility and security.
• Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
• Develop enhancements for applications developed by the enterprise application development team.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Bachelors degree in math engineering information systems or a related field and 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of CMDB Implementation
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM CSM SecOps etc.)
• Expertise in web development (HTML CSS JavaScript)
• Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules Client Scripts sophisticated UI Policies Flow Designer ACLs Script Includes and UI Scripts to meet needs
• Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analysis problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Experience with the Big 4 or consulting
• Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile development methodologies
• Certification as a Certified Implementation Specialist
• Certified Application Developer
