Location : Tampa FL Hybrid 23 days from office
- Around 5 years of experience in the IT industry
- 3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Platform Developing and administration experience for large engagement. (ITSM CSM ITOM ITAM Custom Apps)
- Troubleshooting to resolve Incidents SR and Cases
- Administration experience with ITSM CSM Discovery ITAM and custom applications
- Experience in performing Upgrade testing and Skip Object resolutions.
- Experience in Code Migrations and update set management.
- Experience in Instance clone troubleshooting during issues.
- Data Load and Data mapping Experience
- Integration methods and knowledge in troubleshooting during issues on Security and access area
