• 10 year of experience in implementing ITSM & CMDB
• In Depth knowledge of Discovery/Service Mapping & CMDB
• Exp in Implementing bidirectional data flows for efficient discovery scheduling and realtime updates.
• Horizontal & Vertical discovery Network & Cloud Discovery experience
• Understanding of CMDB class structure CMDB cleanup activities and troubleshooting
• Document any issues or obstacles encountered during CI relationships including any requests for assistance.
• Map relationships between Configuration Items (CIs) business services and applications.
• Track document and update the relationships and dependencies of services.
• Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation to support teams and processes.
• Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources.
• Experience of integrating with Azure Infoblox and other third party tools
• Act as a supplemental resource to the ITSM team when assistance is needed on projects including integrations or midservers.
• Ensure that discovery applications are functioning correctly to integrate data and support the registration of new Assets/Configuration Items (CIs).
• Stay current on relevant technologies and best practices related to Configuration Management.
• Ability to identify and report impacted CIs and prepare remediation plan.
