Subject Matter Expert with Servicenow business processes.
Subject Matter Expert with Servicenow reporting and dashboards
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical staff.
Project Management
Technical Writing
Experience working in a Government environment with an understanding of a Governments administrative processes.
Experience and Education:
Minimum of 5 years as Business System Administrator supporting an enterprise environment of over 10000 staff.
Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed post highschool coursework from an accredited university or technical school in Computer Information Systems Business/Public Administration or a closely related field.
