About the Opportunity:

FedTec is seeking highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to streamline and automate business processes improve collaboration and communication across teams and provide a single system of record for IT operations.

Position: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Perform daytoday configuration management of the platform.
• Assist with the installation and testing of updates and new releases. Maintain the integrity of the system across production and nonproduction instances.
• Create update sets that allow changes to be moved between systems.
• Collaborate with clients to design and enhance a unified framework encompassing applications integrations data security SLAs workflows and processes across a global ServiceNow landscape with multiple instances.
• Design Service Portals particularly in support of custom applications.
• Demonstrate handson development expertise in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rule Script Includes Fix Scripts Workflows UI Action UI Policy Client Scripts and Email Inbound.
• Possesses strong experience in REST and SOAPbased integrations scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Define coding standards lead upgrades and conduct health scans.
• Lead technical governance boards and solution reviews.
• Design endtoend solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Provide support for custom application development and migration.
• Support configuration and development of Virtual Agent.
• Contribute to ServiceNow Mobile app development.
• Work on at least three of the ITSM CSM HRSD GRC and ITBM modules.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDB.
• Possess expertise in Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Apply excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices Custom apps App Engine and Performance Analytics.
• Possess an Active CTA/CMA certification.

Requirements:

• 10 years experience in the Information Technology industry.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow.
• A bachelors or masters degree in management information systems or a related field is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks; ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional collaboration skills including analysis brainstorming communication and teamwork.
• Selfstarter and innovator with a willingness to lead.
