ServiceNow AI Search Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs

• Design and implement AIpowered search solutions on the ServiceNow platform

• Continuously improve the search experience for users by analyzing search data and user feedback

• Stay uptodate with the latest developments in AI search technology and incorporate them into our solutions

• Broader understanding of search engines (like Google analytics Bing etc.)

• Configure Genius results with trigger conditions and answer types

• Expertise in curation and tuning of AI search results

• Configure date and crosstable facets. Configure AI Search in index dotwalk field values

• Understanding of natural language understanding (NLU) and machine learning concepts

• AI Search Analytics experience. Ability to create dashboards configure search settings in indexed sources search profiles search applications relevancy scores

• Responsible for review of plan design and implementation of the overall solution architecture comprising conceptual (functional and nonfunctional) technical and physical architecture

• Demonstrate Thought Leadership toward white space solutions

• Provide system & applicationlevel solutions framework & methodologies

• Understand the customer requirements to build/identify areas that need to be Proof of concept

• Maintain current certifications keep up to date on all Delta releases

• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions that meet business requirements.

• communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users stakeholders and team members.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Troubleshooting debugging and problemsolving skills.

• Must know tools like Excel Visio and other Microsoft products.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• At least 5/ years experience in developing and administrating the ServiceNow Platform.

• Bachelors degree in computer science information systems or another related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Broad exposure to IT infrastructure and application landscape ideally with technical depth in a discipline/ITSM process.

Certifications Preferred:

• ServiceNow AI Seach training completed

• ServiceNow Admin and Developer certified in and working experience at least two or more modules (Knowledge Management ServiceNow Portal ITSM CSM GRC HR SecOps)
