About the Opportunity:

FedTec is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to to maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow platform across production and nonproduction instances.

Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Perform daytoday configuration management of the platform. Assist with the installation and testing of updates and new releases.
• Maintain the integrity of the system across production and nonproduction instances.
• Create update sets that allow changes to be moved between systems.
• Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow platform across production and nonproduction instances.
• Perform installation and testing of updates and new releases.
• Assist in troubleshooting patch/release management issues.
• Build reports gauges and home pages.
• Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) and monitor SLA workflows.
• Create and use update sets to move configurations between systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Experience with mentoring team members.
• Experience with CSM ITSM GRC FSO or similar ServiceNow modules.
• Knowledge of ITIL and/or SDLC best practices.
• Experience in insurance/benefit administration or finance operations preferred.
• Skills Knowledge & Competencies: Strong problemsolving communication collaboration and technical aptitude.

Certifications:

Candidate must possess one of the following certifications:

1. Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery

2. Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping

3. Certified Implementation Specialist Vulnerability Response

4. Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response

5. Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance

6. Certified Implementation Specialist Human Resources
