Requirements

Primary Skills
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow components like Business Rules, Client Scripting, UI Policies, ACLs, CSS, Properties, UI pages, Workflows, Contexts etc.
  • Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication.
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certified.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Service administration / configuration using ServiceNow ITSM solution.
Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and resolve Incidents Document Incident resolution.
  • Manage data including tables, import sets, and update sets.
  • Acknowledge and provide RCA for problem tickets.
  • Manage the UI policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules, and scripts.
  • Build ACL items based on roles.
  • Analyze Integration Issues.
  • Analyze Mid Server Issues.
  • Create User Records, Group records and Assigning Roles to Users.
  • Designed the Form with various types of fields and Created buttons using UI actions.
  • Created UI Policies to make fields visible, mandatory based upon conditions.
  • Create, customize and troubleshoot Workflows.
  • Create, customize and troubleshoot SLA s.
  • Create Reports with the database tables.
Desired Skills
  • Non-ITSM application development experience is an added advantage.
  • Understand full application lifecycle.
  • Desired past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools.
