Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions and integrations
• Conduct testing debugging and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations
• Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards
• Provide support training and guidance to end users
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITIL processes and best practices
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrade and enhancement projects
• Stay updated with ServiceNow trends and best practices
• Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve ServiceNow technical issues
• Contribute to ServiceNow governance and compliance initiatives
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of ServiceNow plugins and applications
• Assist in ServiceNow platform architecture and design

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript HTML CSS or Jelly
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and practices
• Experience in ServiceNow integration and development
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of database management and web technologies
• Experience in working with relational databases and SQL
• Understanding of enterprise IT service management
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Experience in ServiceNow upgrade and patch management
