Service Technician

Technician Duties: Service diagnose & repair Chillers Boilers Cooling Towers fire/sprinkler plumbing electrical and Commercial HVAC equipment.

Technician Pay: $25$36/hr. ($52000$75000)

Background Check: Yes 3year felony background check and lifetime sex offender. No pending felony cases and no warrants.

Drug Screen: 10 yr. panel preemployment drug screen.

Schedule: MF 7am4pm or 8am5pm; Oncall rotation

Experience: Multiple years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance of commercial HVAC.
