Job Title: Service Now CMDB Developer

Job Location: Irvine CA

• This position is responsible for implementing ITOM requirements for a new ServiceNow implementation.
• Support the design development testing and implementation of automated processes and workflows for ITOM applications: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Operational Intelligence and Cloud Management
• Automate processes and workflows for gathering populating and maintaining CMDB data.
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery MID servers patterns sensors probes Discovery IP ranges and schedules.
• Experience with implementation across multiple environments such as Windows UNIX and SNMP devices.
• Configure integrations with other data sources and Cloud Discovery and how discovery and integrations populate the CMDB.
• Identify configure troubleshoot test and resolve issues.
• Interface with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• Support of Service Mapping efforts through scripting and discovery
• Support CSDM efforts
• Configure ITOM dashboards.
• Create requested client reports.
