Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of service activities including installation reports and service logs.
Generate service reports and share them with the relevant stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all services provided meet the highest quality standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining aesthetic and medical devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service visits.
Qualification: Diploma in Electronics
Experience: min 2 Years
Proven experience in servicing and maintaining aesthetic and medical devices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel for on-site service visits.
