Service Digitalization Specialist

About the department:

The Service Digitalization Department is responsible for the business planning for digital systems and for aftersales information construction and management. As well as managing and implementing the aftersales systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business and users requirements create standard customer requirement documentations and responsible for clarification with onsite testing & R&D product designing team.
• Create Testing Plan and Test Cases regarding BYD After Sales IT Business Systems execute testing together with Integration team and business team and provide mandatory outputs.
• Responsible for IT System project management cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning implementation upgrading optimization and transformation of the IT Systems.
• Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A providing training to key users.
• Develop and maintain local technical and business procedures related documentations.
  
  

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Software Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in delivering or maintaining IT platforms related to the automotive industry such as CRM TMS WMS SRM and SAP is preferred.
• Excellent logical judgement communication and organization skills.
• Independent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Structured and goal oriented attitude.
• Analytical curious and proactive mindset
