We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team to provide recommendations and suggestions for new services to our clients. We need someone detail-oriented with an eye on customer satisfaction to ensure clients receive the services they need for a speedy recovery.
The service coordinator will connect our company to our clients. They will be responsible for keeping technicians on task, focused on the most important priorities, and constantly improving. A service coordinator s responsibilities include working directly with clients to ensure their care. They explain what options are available and keep records about everything offered in the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and dispatch support tickets.
- Setup tickets properly by ensuring contacts, types, sub-typing , SLO, resource, are correct.
- Able to identify potential problems and outages in due time.
- Generate quotes that include hardware and software professional services.
- Purchase orders from 3rd party vendors.
- Follow the procurement process with incoming equipment.
- Scheduling for engineers and technicians.
- Assist internal teams with multiple tasks including scheduling, running reports, and assisting with follow-ups.
- Follow all company standards and procedures as currently documented.
- Track all work billable for the entire technical team.
- Provide excellent customer service on all levels for the company.
- Coordinate and schedule resources for service requests.
- Help manage the activities of all technicians.
- Manage the workflow of all service requests.
- Provide clients with one-to-one or one-to-many customers service as needed.
