What youll do:

Job Summary Responsible of the Supplier 8D process and adherence to ALV standards. Component Nonconformance reporting follow up and management activities Maintain supplier performance indicators Communication with production and customer quality groups on corrective actions from supplier issues ensure effectiveness of permeant corrective actions from suppliers. Strategic Context and Challenges Support and interact with process quality engineers Customer Quality Product and Design Engineering. Supplier Communication. Deliverables NonConformance timing management. Supplier performance improvement. On time response to supporting areas. Core Responsibilities and Activities Communicate and follow up with suppliers on nonconforming issues Manage incoming inspection activities as required Initiate Qalert as appropriate follow up on containment actions internally and within affected Autoliv plants and at the supplier (including the disposition of all defective components) Verify effectiveness of corrective actions. Other Responsibilities Team work. MRB management. DAR (Dock Audit Report) Management.

What is required:

Functional Competencies Process audits. Problem solving tools. (8D 5 Why) SPC. (Data analysis basics) PPAP fundamentals. Drawing interpretations. (GD&T) Basic Office tools. Personal Characteristics Enabling Success Customer focused driven. Standards adherence. Accountability. Lack of adherence of standards and follow up to work daily activities drive to no success. Education Bachelor degree (Engineering) Certifications/Accreditations No certification required. Previous Experience Automotive manufacturing experience (desirable) Quality engineering role as previous work position. Communication skills. Languages English (Spoken Read Write) Other Travel disposition Local and international. Weekend disposition if needed.
