About the Role
The Sr. Project Manager will be part of the Program Management Center of Excellence in DivIHN and will report to the Director of PM CoE.

Primary accountabilities and responsibilities include:
Manage Technology Advisory/ Consulting/ Implementation/ Remediation and similar Projects for clients of DivIHN.
Be accountable for defined results from the projects managed.
Customize as needed DivIHNs Solution Delivery Framework and related processes and practices to suit client needs; manage the projects in accordance with the committed methods and benchmarks.
Participate in Solution Development exercise where feasible and invited.
Collaborate with DivIHNs Quality Assurance Group to maintain compliance with the quality standards applicable to the project.
Identify opportunities for improvement in delivery processes in DivIHN and work with the Director of PM CoE to implement improvements.

Experience & Qualifications
Experience as Technology Project Manager (minimum 10 years).
Experience working with senior management in medium/ large corporations.
Experience managing large projects and/or business critical projects successfully in a Project Manager or Program Manager capacity.
Experience managing Applications Development/ Infrastructure implementation projects.
Experience working with/ managing remote resources and offshore teams.
Strong exposure to internal quality systems (design development and support).
Strong conceptual foundation in Software Engineering/ Systems Engineering.
PMP certification now or in the past.
Experience as Technology Project Manager (minimum 10 years).

Location
We prefer the Senior Project Manager to be based in Chicagoland or nearby with the ability to be present in our Hoffman Estates IL office once a week on Wednesdays.
Travel to client locations in the US may be required as per project and business demands.
