Senior/Experienced Laboratory Technician

Location: Doncaster

Hours Monday Friday 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Laboratory Technician to join our Materials Testing Laboratory in Doncaster.

As a Laboratory Technician you will be happy to follow strict protocols and processes embrace health and safety as well as ensure that all data is accurately recorded and completed on time for the client. Youll have a willingness to learn and focus on delivering a quick and accurate service to our clients.

It may be cliche but we guarantee that no two days are the same in this role so if you like variety this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

To produce test results in accordance with the documented procedures standards and specifications.

To ensure testing/sampling activities are maintained in compliance with UKAS and Company requirements.

To ensure that the laboratory working areas are safe clean and tidy environments in which to work.

To commit to ensuring the confidentiality of all customer information obtained or created during the performance of laboratory activities except as required by law

Duties:

To work in a safe manner that is in accordance with the Company Health & Safety Policy.

To carry out allocated work in accordance with documented inhouse procedures in an expeditious manner.

To integrate into the team and maintain a strong harmony and morale throughout the laboratory.

To check laboratory results and ensure these meet the criteria outlined by BS EN ISO 17025.

To communicate professionally with clients.
