Tasks

• Own and develop the design like a founder would
• Conduct extensive research about and with our customers
• Lay the foundation for the next legal Unicorn and be ready to have a team built around you

Requirements

• 5 years of UX / UI / Design experience including experience with SaaS solutions
• A bachelors degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as graphic design interaction design humancomputer interaction or similar.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop) Sketch Figma or similar software. Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques.
• Ability to conduct user research using various methods such as interviews surveys usability testing and data analysis. Experience with creating user personas user journeys and empathy maps.
• The soft skills to manage a team of others
• Professional level of german speaking (C1 C2 or native)
