Responsibilities:

• Apply design thinking and humancentered design principles to develop intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct Journey Mapping Ethnography Usability Research and Testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Utilize Prototyping Wireframing and Visual QA techniques to translate concepts into highfidelity designs.
• Leverage SAFe Agile methodology to contribute to sprint planning backlog grooming and writing user stories.
• Utilize requirements tracking tools like Jira and Confluence to manage project tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma to create and iterate on designs maintaining consistency and quality throughout the process.
• Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and methodologies.
