Senior UIUX Designer SA

This is a remote position.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead the endtoend UX/UI design process from research and ideation to wireframing prototyping and final visual design.
  
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and ensure usercentric solutions.
  
• Create wireframes interactive prototypes and highfidelity designs using industrystandard tools such as Figma.
  
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends tools and technologies to continuously improve our design process.
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX design wireframing prototyping and design systems.
  
• Proficient in using industrystandard design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
  
• Experience conducting user research usability testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive interfaces.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions to crossfunctional teams.
  
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with developers.
  
• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience working with design and prototyping tools beyond Figma such as InVision Principle or Adobe XD.
  
• Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript enabling you to collaborate effectively with developers.
  
• Familiarity with frontend development frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js) and their impact on UI/UX design.
  
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS Android) and responsive web applications.
