Tasks

• Conception and design of our userfriendly and responsive business web applications in the area of property marketplace broker platform (SaaS) customer portal (SaaS)
• Close cooperation with product owner and business owner codesign and creation of requirements
• Planning implementation evaluation and preparation of qualitative and quantitative user research & usability tests
• Creation of user flows wireframes prototypes user interface specifications
• Planning and implementation of requirements workshops design thinking workshops and design sprints
• Identification and resolution of UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Regular exchange with customers to better understand and further optimise needs
• Active participation in brainstorming and strategy sessions

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a UI/UX designer is essential
• Experience with common design and prototyping software such as Figma Sketch Adobe
• Completed Bachelors or Masters degree is an advantage
• Experience in the fintech and proptech sector is desirable
• Experience in setting up maintaining and further developing design systems
• Excellent methodological knowledge of usercentred design and agile software development
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills
