Senior UI / UX Designer

Full-time / part-time (min. 30h) - m/f/d

Tasks

Your future role:

As Senior UI / UX designer you will

• Improve the UI/UX design of our consumer sign-up and user portal in both the mobile and the web application
• Elicit and assess user requirements
• Draft user flows, UI mockups, and prototypes and align them within the organization (Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, Product&Dev)
• Build UI component designs that can be easily used by the development team for implementation (Javascript/React/HTML/css/Storybook)
• Provide guidance to our Junior UI/UX designer and other team members regarding User Experience and User Interface Design

Requirements

You bring

• 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of UI/UX designs for mobile and web applications
• Conceptual thinking and the ability to explain the rationale behind your user flows (UX) designs to stakeholders
• A passionate eye for aesthetics, typography, colors, and UI details
• Solid knowledge of Figma and design languages (Material Design)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira & Confluence
• Experience of working in an agile environment (with Scrum or Kanban)
• Fluent in English, ideally also knowledge of German
