Senior Traffic Operator Coal

We presently are recruiting for a successfully operating commodity trading company headquarteredin Baar Zug Switzerland.

Tasks

• Managing the transport of coal globally this includes working with service providers along the global logistics chain (including ports sea freight operators and warehouses)
• Working with the legal team to issue purchase and sale contracts
• Payments and Letters of Credit (L/Cs): Handling payments via telegraphic transfer or L/Cs
• Daily contact with various global customers to ensure the smooth execution of purchase and sale contracts
• Working with independent surveyors to ensure quality control
• Close collaboration with traders front office and global regional offices to ensure the execution of sale and purchase contracts

Requirements

• a sound educational background
• sound experience in a similar position preferably with working experience with coal
• Experience in issuing/amending L/Cs
• excellent English skills with any additional language being a plus
