• A bachelors degree from an accredited educational institution or an equivalent foreign qualification
  
• At least 10 years experience in information technology
  
• At least 4 years of architectural design and review experience. Possess extensive knowledge of legacy and emerging technologies
  
• Bilingual skills: Nearnative Japanese and businesslevel English
  

• At least 6 years of practical technical work experience
  
• Extensive knowledge of architectural design frameworks
  
• Experience in the insurance industry
  
• High (near native) Japanese proficiency and business level English proficience
  
• cloud experience
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Software development lifecycle experience
  
• Ability to work as a team in a multistakeholder environment
