Responsibilities:
- Tax compliance preparation & review of: complex multistate returns consolidated returns & foreign reporting for both businesses and entities
- Tax compliance preparation & review of tax returns for highnet worth individuals
- Direct interaction with partners & clients along with management of numerous client accounts
- Supervision of Associate accountants
- Understanding of foreign tax concepts for individual and business returns
- Prior experience working with Forms 990 and 990PF a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum Education Requirement Bachelors Degree with major in AccountingMasters Degree highly preferred
- CPA designation or Must be able to meet 150 credit requirement for CPA eligibility
- Knowledge of or previous experience working with ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plus
- U.S. GAAP/GAAS knowledge & U.S. tax expertise
- Prior work experience in public accounting with exposure to individual corporation and partnership taxation
