CoachHub is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. THE ROLE: reporting to Bryan, our Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA, this is a brand new, full-time position within the company. You can be based in our Berlin or Paris offices, or work remotely from your location within Europe. Please note that only candidates with a valid EU work permit will be considered.

THE TEAM: CoachHub s Talent Acquisition team supports our ambitious growth by attracting world-class talent and contributing to an outstanding employee experience. We currently have 15 team members worldwide, with 10 based in EMEA.

THE COMPANY: In just 3 years, we've raised $330M in funding from the world's leading tech investors and built a passionate team of 750+ people from 60+ countries, all on the mission to make coaching accessible for employees at all levels.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Make a direct impact on CoachHub s growth and success by driving end-to-end recruitment projects for our Sales, Commercial and Operations teams in the EMEA region
  • Be a trusted partner to your Hiring Managers - bringing your seniority, experience and knowledge of best practices; helping define and prioritise hiring needs, and bring the best talent on board
  • Design, action and continuously test out creative strategies for active and passive recruitment, using your knowledge of the market and recruitment best practices
  • Practice smart, proactive and sustainable recruitment by building talent pipelines through sourcing, testing new initiatives and liaising with headhunters/agencies
  • Run smooth and agile recruitment processes with helpful, responsive and transparent communication at every touchpoint
  • Position CoachHub as an employer of choice by collaborating with hiring managers, interviewers, and colleagues in Employer Branding, People Ops, On-Boarding and Compensation & Benefits to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
  • Track and report recruiting KPIs to the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA

You re our ideal candidate if:

  • You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the EMEA region, in a fast-paced international environment (agency or in-house)
  • You love finding top talent for customer-facing teams - sales, pre-sales, account management, customer success, etc.
  • You have excellent verbal and written English skills - and are an effective and transparent communicator
  • Your working style is results-driven and solution-oriented; you balance independence with teamwork and are comfortable in the face of shifting priorities and rapid change
  • You focus on quality - not just quantity or speed - and enjoy creating an outstanding candidate experience
  • You have exceptional organisational skills, eagle-eyed attention to detail and a love for structure and efficiency
  • You re self-aware individual who thrives in open and supportive work environments with a culture of feedback
