Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience as a Senior Project Manager (IT preferred)
• Indepth working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including Agile
• First hand experience with managing multiple global projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and verbal/written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills assertive with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and groups
• Excellent judgment decision making and possessing the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Excellent presentation skills and experience with presenting to executive level leadership
• Ability to work both independently and within a team adapting quickly to everchanging environments
• English and German language skills on a professional level (technical and business content)
• Experience in managing largescale IT projects with Atlassian software tools
• MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMO) or similar certification preferred
• Experience with SAP software

Tasks

Position Overview

As the Senior Project Manager you will oversee and manage complex highly visible software product projects. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in project management information technology and leadership. You will be responsible for planning executing and closing projects efficiently while ensuring that they align with Diebold Nixdorfs strategic goals and objectives. Product projects assigned to you will be global in nature spanning multiple software hubs and time zones with deliveries intended for strategic customer accounts. The position requires strategic mindset strong leadership capabilities and deep understanding of both project management principles and the intricacies of information technology.
