• Sourcing &Procurement of Rice category for Exports business by consistently analyzing the market trends.
• Plan the procurement by help of the current and anticipated future market trends to make the sourcing better and make better margins.
• Vendor Scouting for overall improvement in supply chain in terms of better fulfillment quicker deliveries capacity building better rates & margin better quality and consistent delivery.
• Vendor Management Onboarding New Vendors Handling Vendor Transaction Managing Vendor Credit Overall Vendor Account Management.
• Order Management During Production and Delivery Visiting the vendor location and make sure the approved quality being packed and getting dispatched on the lead time aligned.
• Have a proper track on PO Purchase Invoice and make sure the same have been submitted to the Finance Team for OnTime Payments to the vendors.
• Regular Vendor Visits to build rapport understand the feedback In terms of business transactions comes up with the solutions for the bottlenecks being faced among the vendors.
