Senior Strategy Manager - Wealth

Seeking an accomplished Senior Strategy Manager for our Consumer Banking Strategy group to lead a proficient team focused on our expanding Wealth business. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Strategy this role entails serving as a key member of the extended leadership team for Wealth collaborating closely with senior leaders on executive communications board presentations and other crucial senior interactions. Responsibilities include delivering actionable insights to critical business questions establishing success metrics supporting strategic initiative execution and bringing rigor to strategic decisions including M&A activities. You will drive the development of growth diversification and financial business plans in addition to coordinating business architecture and assessing new business opportunities. Success in this role hinges on leadership team development senior executive influence analytical prowess and strategic thinking.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with Consumer Bankings overarching goals.
• Identify market trends customer needs and competitive dynamics to innovate Consumer Banking offerings.
• Conduct market research analyze growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess Wealth strategies effectiveness.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships to augment Wealth capabilities.
• Provide leadership to ensure team alignment with strategic objectives and foster innovation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory shifts and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of Finance/Banking experience focusing on strategy development and execution.
• Proven track record in implementing successful growth and profitability strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities for stakeholder engagement.
• Deep knowledge of consumer banking products services and industry trends.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in Consumer Banking.
