NOTE: This is a hybrid role with the team currently working at the client facility in Johnston IA four (4) days per week.

Must have skills and experience:

• Experience in the design development testing and integration of high complex software solutions leveraging change management processes
• 5 years of experience with Unibasic Pick Basic
• 5 years of experience with Unidata/Universe Database SQL/PL SQL/Uniqueries
• 3 years of experience with Unit System Integration and UI testing.
• Exposure to development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Exposure to host applications on Linux servers

Nice to have:

• Passionate creative and have the desire to learn
• Skilled in interpersonal communications negotiation and conflict resolution
• Experience providing technical leadership coaching and mentoring to team members within a product space
• Solid Understanding of design patterns and loosely coupled architectures

Education (or equivalent work experience):

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience
