Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who can help in growing its Cloud GTM SaaS solution. The ideal candidate

should have a proven track record of building and leading a B2B SaaS product during its phase of rapid growth. High

ownership figuring things out on their own deep product sense building enterprise grade SaaS product and leading missing

driven team are some of the critical requirements for this role.

Design implement and maintain scalable and robust backend services APIs and databases Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (frontend engineers product managers and designers) to understandproduct requirements and translate them into technical specifications Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the backend engineering team Lead and contribute to architectural decisions ensuring scalability performance and maintainability Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to the evolution and optimization of the overall system architecture Identify and address performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries for speed and efficiency Investigate and resolve backend issues ensuring stability security and reliability of our systems Contribute to product implementations and support by working closely with implementations and customer success PoCs.

Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science Proven experience as a senior backend engineer preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environment Proficient in Python for backend development Familiarity with AWS Azure and GCP ecosystems Experience in leading and mentoring mission driven product engineering teams Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team Familiarity with Django will be a pluS Experience in building enterprisegrade B2B SaaS products will be a plus.
