Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Senior Software Engineer at Kattech Systems Inc. As a Senior Software Engineer your daytoday tasks will include developing and maintaining software applications implementing and testing software solutions collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring the performance and security of software systems. You will also be responsible for documenting software specifications and providing technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science
• Expertise in BackEnd Web Development and Software Development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python
• Experience with ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) principles

Relevant skills and qualifications:

• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of database management systems
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
