Senior Software Developer

• Minimum of a bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Management Management Information Systems or other related field such as accounting or mathematics and a minimum of eight years of professional work experience in computer programming. Consultants must possess necessary skills for minimum onthejob training.
• Minimum of eight years of handson fullstack developer experience with knowledge and utilization of the skillsets listed below during any duration of the eight years.

ASP.Net Core 3.x

ASP.Net Web Forms

Entity Framework (or EFCore)

JavaScript Any Major Framework (Vue React Angular)

SQL Server 2008

TSQL

Visual Basic / C#

Identity Server or other use of OAuth2 principles

• Minimum of eight years of experience as a fullstack developer on largescale IT development experience. At least two of the eight years must be performed at a senior level with consecutive years experience with the same employer/project. A successful Consultant will have proven seniorlevel work experience which requires indepth knowledge technical skillsets and decisionmaking roles within the project. Such competence level in Consultants response should be clearly detailed by providing specific job duties demonstrating seniorlevel experience.
• At least four years of experience using Agile software development cycles leveraging TFS/Azure DevOps.
• Minimum of five years of work experience in a senior developer role demonstrating proven expertise developing for a largescale Special Education Programs including Special Education Approval and Reimbursement systems Special Education Private Facility management systems and Special Education Dispute Resolution systems at a State Education Agency.
