Senior Sheetmetal Mechanic-10 years of experience minimum

These individuals will be part of the Rapid Response Team.

Assemble install seal rig inspect and complete precision and other structural and system components working from drawings documents process specifications quality control requirements and established processes and procedures. Functional test and correct fit form and function of assemblies and components.

Duties:
1. Drill out rivets
2. Shoot rivets in skin panels

3. Squeeze rivets common to interior structure

4. Remove Hi locs

5. Install Hi locs

6. Perform cut and splices

7. Pull holes

8. Oversize holes

9. Layout holes by hand

10. Ability to read and interpret drawings (blueprints)

11. Ability to install freeze plugs

Bill Rate Max is $103.13

Worker pay rates are at $70.00 for this.. All workers should be at same rate.

Contractors will be working potentially 1012 hours a day potentially 7 days a week.

WORKERS MUST BE ABLE TO START on Friday 3/15

Workers must be able to work any shift needed.

For safety purposes sturdy fullcover low heeled shoes must be worn in the shop areas.

Dresses skirts and jewelry are not allowed in the shop areas to avoid accidents and injuries.

Safety Steeltoed shoes/boots

10 years experience (at least 10 years if they are not as strongly skilled then they probably need more years of experience) (A&P license is not a requirement)

Contractors will work in the 737 fuselage area so they must have strong sheet metal experience.

Must be able to pass the Plate Test
