  The Management Department supports employees with diverse backgrounds working across the head office factories and overseas branches. Each unit collaborates on initiatives such as IPO preparations and branch establishment. In this position you will be part of the management departments team responsible for information security and information systems. This role involves overseeing companywide information security management and operations as well as providing specialized cybersecurity support to various departments.

  Staff Composition:

  • The entire management department consists of 20 members with the Security & IT unit comprising three members.Due to an increase in the number of employees we are looking for someone to manage information systems with a focus on security at our head office.

  ResponsibilitiesManagement and operation of information and security systems technical investigations

  Specifically:

  1. Information security management and operations
     • Tasks: Internal support for the development and operation security of web applications and artificial satellites diagnosis of the companys application infrastructure (adjustable according to skills) technical support for information security such as ISMS
  2. Management and operation of information systems
     • Tasks: Technical security support (operation of internal systems handling internal inquiries investigation and system creation for account and equipment management etc.)
     • Target systems: Cloud services (groupware communication tools) some office internal systems (networks etc.) employee PCs smartphones and peripheral devices
  • Scope of longterm changes in duties: Within the management department

  We are seeking individuals with expertise in information security who can develop operational scripts for productivity improvement and conduct investigations and security diagnostics.

  While not all of the following requirements need to be met alternative highlevel expertise will be considered in the selection process.

  (1) Experience working in an organization where IT security regulations (ISMS/Privacy Mark/company rules etc.) are defined(2) Ability to create operational scripts configure cloud services and conduct technical investigations into vulnerabilities(3) Proficiency in reading and writing English and conversing in Japanese(4) Ability to come to the office approximately 24 days per month(5) Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement directly with our company upon joining and leaving
