Senior SAP Integration Lead

For our Client we are looking for candidates for the position of

SAP Integration Lead
London hybrid

As the SAP Integration Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the endtoend delivery of SAP integration projects. Your main objective will be to ensure that these projects align with business goals and meet the expectations of stakeholders. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of SAP modules and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to define the scope objectives and deliverables of SAP integration projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets and closely monitor progress against milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration initiatives working closely with internal stakeholders external vendors and SAP consultants.
• Manage crossfunctional project teams assigning tasks and responsibilities and providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Identify and assess potential risks and issues and develop effective strategies to mitigate them ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions proactively gathering feedback from endusers and addressing any issues that arise.
• Provide training and support to endusers to facilitate the smooth adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency scalability and reliability of SAP integration processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role you should have:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry bottling industry or warehouse management providing you with valuable domain knowledge.
• Deep expertise in SAP modules such as SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA SAP BW/4HANA SAP PI/PO SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) SAP Data Services etc.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills allowing you to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proven problemsolving abilities and a keen attention to detail ensuring the successful resolution of any issues that arise.
• Preference for SAP certification(s) demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and expertise in the field.
