Base salary £20000 £25000 (depending on experience)
OTE £40000 £45000

Main Responsibilities include:
- Conducting property viewings
- Attending photography appointments/ takes ons
- Obtain necessary compliance
- Preparing marketing information
- Negotiating offers
- Issuing relevant letters and documents
- Handling enquiries booking viewings
- Business generation/ canvasing/ callouts
- Previous Sales Negotiator experience within Estate Agency
- Motivated to achieve targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car is essential
