This position will be based in our offices in Torss Sweden reporting to VD of the company with a dotted line to the Group Sales Director. Position will require regular traveling in Sweden as well as rest of Europe to meet customers and colleagues in other Hagens Group companies.
Our customers are within Automotive Agriculture Health and Industry with focus on make to order.
Your main responsibilities as Senior Sales Manager
You will act as the main point of contact for new and existing customers within your dedicated area of responsibility. You will develop and build relationships with key strategic customers and take the time to review and understand customer insights pain points and opportunities to grow the business while making the experience for the customer as seamless as possible.
Experience from our industry is not imperative but you must have interest in technical products and how they fit in the overall product cycle.
