We are looking to employ an innovative, self-disciplined Sales Consultant to fulfil a senior sales role in our Telesales department. The successful candidate must have knowledge and understanding of various sales tactics. A strict experience in B2C sales environment is required. The candidate must further be familiar with telesales regulations
Client Relationship Management - building on existing relationships that will ensure lateral development of business opportunities
Responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly sales targets
Networking to ensure reliable and sustainable client database
Cold and hot lead calling and lead generation in line with set targets
Meeting with clients daily in line with targets set
Providing customer service to ensure repeat business opportunities
Ability to handle and resolve clients queries efficiently
Preparing and presenting of solutions to clients
Ability to negotiate and convince people to come on board
Preparing of quotations for clients and follow up to close deals
Conducting detailed research on clients prior to meetings in order to optimize on opportunity and networking
Job Outputs:
Plan Call List of existing enquiries
Call potential students to enroll them for our upcoming programmes
Close deals and ensure that potential students have made their payments for the courses
Handle objections the best way possible to ensure targets are met
Researching potential companies where we could assist and add value
Generating leads for the Sales team
Cold Calling and securing appointments with high level decision makers of the company
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Additional duties
Train the junior sales consultants to become more effective
Come up with new sales tactics to close the deals
Weekly call role plays to perfect the strategies
Delegation of leads when volumes are high
